Cosmic Gong Relaxation

Laying down, we begin the session with an aura cleansing and a relaxing guided meditation. You will then be fully immersed in healing gong frequencies and vibrations for about 30 - 35 minutes. I provide you with a weighted eye pillow for the entirety of the session.

The gong I use is a Paiste planetary gong, which is tuned to a frequency derived directly from mathematical orbits within the cosmos. It gives off a cosmic frequency of 172.06 HZ, which activates and stimulates the Crown Chakra. It is tuned to F, known as the "Tone of the Spirit," the "Vibration of Enlightenment," and the "Gateway to Spiritual Heaven." This specific gong brings wisdom, joy, serenity, and a sense of completeness. It calls in inner peace, clarity of spirit, and it activates cosmic energy and cosmic unity.
